Data, purposes and legal grounds

We process transaction security data (a salted hash of the IP address, network prefix, ASN, country, browser data, visit and vote times), the player id from vote links, owner account data and order data. We do so to run the site securely, count votes and prevent fraud, pass votes to the server you voted for, manage owner accounts and fulfil paid placements. The legal grounds are Article 5 (2) (c), (ç) and (f) KVKK: performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests.

Transfers

Data is transferred to the server owner who receives the vote callback, to our hosting, CDN and email providers (Cloudflare in the USA, [email provider]) under the safeguards of Article 9 KVKK, and to public authorities when required by law.

Retention

IP-related data stored with votes is deleted after 30 days. Owner accounts are kept until deleted; invoices for the statutory periods.

Your rights (Article 11 KVKK)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to results produced solely by automated systems and claim compensation. Send your request to the address above; we answer within 30 days free of charge.
